What quality inspections are performed before shipment?
Every batch goes through a multi-stage inspection process before leaving our facility:
- Dimensional check — bore, OD, width verified against ISO tolerances using CMM and calibrated gauges.
- Hardness test — Rockwell hardness (HRC 58–65) verified on rings and rolling elements.
- Noise & vibration test — each bearing is run at rated speed; V1/V2/V3 noise grades recorded.
- Radial clearance check — verified to C2 / CN / C3 / C4 spec per order.
- Visual & surface inspection — raceways and rolling elements inspected for pitting, scratches, or rust under magnification.

What shipping methods do you offer?
